Buffalo Buffers LLC is a Nevada-based company providing premium-quality aircraft detailing products, including polishers, buffers, and pads. All purchases made through our Site are subject to the following terms, conditions, and policies.

2. Use of the Site

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Products and Services

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product at any time, or make changes to product descriptions or pricing without notice. 

4. Sales Policy

All sales are final. The Buffalo Buffer LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once a purchase has been completed. Customers are advised to review their order carefully prior to finalizing their purchase.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, The Buffalo Buffer LLC provides a limited warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects affecting the Buffalo Buffer and associated products or pads. Should a customer believe that a defect has occurred within the warranty period, the customer must notify The Buffalo Buffer LLC in writing and submit the product for inspection.

The Buffalo Buffer LLC reserves the sole right to determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether a product is defective due to a manufacturing defect or due to misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed by The Buffalo Buffer LLC, the company will, at its sole discretion, either issue a replacement part/product or provide a refund.

This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, modification, accident, or any cause other than defects in material or workmanship. 

5. Shipping

We ship products domestically and internationally. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our Site. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

7. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application.

By purchasing, using, or accessing any product or service provided by Buffalo Buffers LLC, you acknowledge and agree that you assume full responsibility for its proper use. Buffalo Buffers LLC expressly disclaims any liability for injuries, damages, or legal claims resulting from improper use, negligence, modification, or failure to follow instructions related to any of its products or services.
