Buffalo Drum Pads are specially designed for the aviation industry and are the highest quality drum pads available. They are durable enough to be washed several times before needing to be replaced. Our Buffalo Drum Pads fit the Buffalo Buffer perfectly and work extremely well with different aviation polish manufacturers.
Wool
Our heaviest cutting pad is designed to work best with more coarse polishes. This pad works best when cutting heavily oxidized, corroded, and deep scratches on aircraft metals.
Combo
This is our mid-grade pad that works fantastic when doing your re-polishing projects annually or semi-annually. It is best used with mid-grade cutting polishes and can also be used to finish metal with a fine or ultra-fine polish but will leave some track lines in the metal. This pad will almost always be the first pad to use when starting a polishing project.
Cotton
Our finest or softest pad, cotton will be used for finishing metal with an ultra-fine polishing compound. These pads work fantastic on finishing metal, leaving a deep, clear luster on all aircraft metal. It will also be the final pad when doing softer metals like Falcon or Embraer brightwork.
